Microwave Ovens are designed to heat foods high in moisture like fish and potatoes (as an example)
which will absorb the wattage/energy produced in the cavity from the magnetron(s).
Sadly, due to the lack of education using this appliance these days the heating of foods low in moisture
takes place which is not recommended. It will either shorten the life of the appliance and/or it will even
start to destroy itself there and then which will result in either a repair or perhaps even an expensive replacement machine, Ouch.

R&M Microwave ovens was established in 1974 when microwave ovens landed on our shores from America
initially and then shortly afterwards followed by Japan manufacturers.
This new, fast, energy saving expensive cooking device at that time entered small catering establishments and then became available to the domestic customer, makes like Tappan and Radarange then Panasonic, Sharp followed by UK's Merrychef.
